In this midst of what appears to be the most challenging time we have experienced in this country, possibly since 9-11, I have only one question for you? Can you love and embrace everything that's occurring...even the Coronavirus? ALL is in Divine Order always and resisting, judging and being angry is the last residue of ego living.
Coming from a space of gratitude for a safe home, food to eat, and for most Americans, much needed but never taken downtime with family, will open many possibilities that were not available to you pursuant to this time. Our challenges encompass the opportunity for quiet time in meditation, calming, grounding and centering ourselves to create and send out this energy to the entire globe. And yes, one person can have an impact on many. If you would like to clear for the mass consciousness all it takes is this statement "May all who are feeling fear, pain and anxiety be healed, blessed and transformed." Focus on your heart space, take several deep clearing breaths and generate the feeling of compassion and appreciation. Send this to yourself and others. Do you have a long list of things you have wanted to address for a very long time? Bringing peace, love and kindness to your space changes the energies and dynamics for your family as well.. Being selfless and supporting others in whatever way you can is a priceless lesson to your children. We are birthing the New Earth energies and experiencing some painful labor pains. The veil of 3D illusion is dissolving as we enter 4th and 5th dimensional frequencies. There will be truths revealed that some will find difficult to fathom. We are all learning lessons and being given an opportunity for great growth, healing and awakening consciousness at this time. This is a small sacrifice for what is coming. Be loving, be kind, be patient. SHINE ON, CAT

Crazy title right? What if your thoughts and emotions can manifest physical reactions in your body? There's no "what if" here. In my 20 years of practice, it has been my experience that we manifest physical dis-ease when we have experienced emotional harm/trauma virtually 97% of the time! Are you thinking or saying to yourself or to others "Oh it's that time of year when everyone gets sick. I get sick every winter." You have informed your body that you have an expectation of getting sick and your body is responding to your request.
And yes, you may have been exposed to an actual virus which statistically is about a 3% chance of contracting the flu. In Metaphysical terms, influenza and its probable cause is "Response to mass negativity and beliefs. Fear. Belief in statistics." WOW!! Certainly sounds like we can be greatly influenced by the mass hysteria that the media creates. But only if we chose to believe it and buy into it. Let's replace the probable cause with a new thought form shall we? "I am beyond group beliefs or the calender. I am free from all congestion and influence." Love, Light and Perfect Health, CAT Maybe you are laughing right now, or maybe you feel this to be silly. Let me ask you this. You were a infant, toddler, child and young adult at one time were you not? Unless you were part of the Brady Bunch, you encountered challenging and often times painful situation created inside of your very family environment or maneuvering life with school and friends.
We are ALL wounded inner children. It is just a matter of to what degree? As an adult, when something occurs in our life and we get activated with anger, upset or insecurity, this response comes from past experiences of the same nature. This is our inner child poking at us, reaching out to be healed. Often times, we have created a false self to protect our feelings and emotions, or a facade to conform to social agreement and expectations but the wounds remain. Do you have consistent digestive issues, constipation, ulcers, irritable bowel, nausea and stomach aches? The wounded inner child lives in your solar plexus chakra, located in your stomach. When he/she feels threatened, afraid, unprotected and vulnerable you will experience one of these issues with your stomach, intestines and digestion. This inner child will persist until you address the issue. Stop what you're doing, place your hands on the area of discomfort, picture yourself as a small child and address him/her in the following way. "I hear you and acknowledge your feelings. I love you and you are perfect, whole and complete. You are safe and amazing and I'm so happy you are here. I will never leave you." Then pursue the guidance you need to heal. The "Inner Child Workshop" at The Wellness Sanctuary is one of my most impactful and life changing services. Blessings and I hope to meet you and your little one very soon. How does your inner child get your attention? With Healing Light and Love, CAT As a Vibrational Frequency Practitioner, Life/Spiritual Advisor, Spiritual Teacher and CCMT I am the Facilitator at my practice for patients/students to step into their Higher Selves/Spirit and their Authentic True Selves. The most crucial aspect of this is my personal integrity and authenticity. I will not request of others what I myself am not living or doing. Integrity is being "your word," being count-on-able with no excuses when you are "out of integrity."
Recently, I was confronted by my own True Self and Authenticity. My first book "Divine Gifts of Healing My Life With Spirit" will be released in March. The expectation of my Publisher is that I would be responsible for a portion of promotion involving Social Media, websites and establishing myself as an Author. As I attempted to "create" this, I was experiencing upset and anger which is NOT part of my character. Unknown to me, I was attempting to be something I am not., INAUTHENTIC to myself and who I am. My practice is a direct reflection of who I am and my book is representative of the incredible healings that have occurred with my relationship with Spirit., and a direct reflection of my practice. The most important aspect of my practice and for me personally is my relationships with my community and those wishing to become part of it. My work is done one on one, through and with Spirit to facilitate individuals stepping into their True Selves. It is why I am here. I was attempting to create another persona of an Author through what everyone agrees to be "what you do." Social agreement and convention would have us believe that we must be on FaceBook getting LIKES and put our most recent meal on Instagram. My personal expereinces outside of my practice are not shared as I am "present" to the experience and honor and respect the time of who I am sharing with. I certainly will continue to have a FaceBook, Instagram presence (certainly not every day) and will cross-post my book with my practice as they directly reflect each other. We are fed inauthentic "illusions" all day long in television, social media and marketing continiously attempting to enroll us in what defines our "being good enough." Being "Authentic" to who I am for myself and others, will attract, with the help of Spirit, those of you who are ready to do the same. From My Heart to Yours, CAT With the kickoff of the holiday season, Thanksgiving launches a time of reflection. To truly connect with the energy of this day, step quietly into your heart-space, sit back and observe. As human being, we tend to look at what we "don't have" or what we think may be missing in our lives that would provide true happiness and gratification.
THAT my brothers and sisters, can only come from you. Nothing outside of you will fill the void provided by connection to your very soul, heart and higher self. Give the gift of self-love, self-respect and forgiveness to YOURSELF. For the time being, as we all continue to evolve and step into our true selves, I have a request of you. Every one of us has so very much to be thankful for. Clothes, food, transporation, housing and even water that we take for granted with each sip and every shower. Fill your heart with the joy of appreciating a bottle of water, a hot shower, a ride in your car, sitting on your couch and resting. My request is a simple act of kindness from you to someone else, every single day. I'm up for it! Who will be joining me? Love and Light, CAT Each one of us is very much needed and we all have our role to play adding to the success of the whole.
In the great symphony of life, we all have important parts to play. While some people are best suited to be conductors or soloists, their contributions would be diminished considerably without the individual musicians that lend their artistry to the fullness of an orchestra. The magical accents of the percussion section might sound random and out of place without the music they accompany. But any one member of an orchestra, doing less than their best at their particular part, can destroy the harmony of the whole piece, such is their importance. So although we may not receive the same amount or quality of attention as another, all of our contributions are valuable and integral to the success of the whole. When we do our tasks well, we infuse them with our unique energy, making each act a gift. Each of our personalities and talents are suited to different roles of support. Even leaders and star performers support others in their own way. We can look around us at any moment to see that while we nurture some people with our work, others are supporting us with their gifts. Doing any job from this place within us allows us to do our part with humility and gratitude, while also learning lessons that move us steadily toward our goals. When we can be fully present in every job that we do, we bring the fullness of our bodies, minds and spirits to the moment. Our contribution is enhanced by the infusion of our talents and abilities, and when we give them willingly, they attract the right people and circumstances into our experience. Anything we do begrudgingly limits the flow of our energy and closes us off from the good that is available to us in every situation. But by giving the best in us to make the world around us better, we open ourselves to receive the best from the universe in return. Healing Light and Love, CAT We are all spiritual beings living in a human body even though our packaging seems different, we are very much the same.
We have all had the experience of encountering someone whose life seems so completely different from ours that we can almost imagine we have nothing in common. However, if we go deeper into observing, we will see that we all have the same things going on in our lives. It is as if our different lives are in essence the same gift, wrapped in an infinite variety of containers, wrapping paper, ribbons, and bows. Everybody experiences loss, grief, happiness, excitement, anger, and fear. Everyone can have money issues of one kind or another, and everyone struggles with difficult choices. Our lives show up differently for each one of us because we each learn in different ways. One person may need to learn the value of money by having too little of it, while another may need to learn by having more than enough. We each learn about work and love, with experiences that are tailored to our particular perspective. Even as it appears that some people have it easy while others are in a continual state of struggle, the truth is that we are all learning, and it is very difficult to tell, when looking only at the exterior of a person, what’s going on inside. This is one of the many things that can be so valuable about cultivating relationships with people from all walks of life. As we get to know those who seem so different from us, we get to really see how much of life’s challenges and joys are universal. We begin to look beyond the packaging of skin color, clothing preferences, and socioeconomic differences, hairstyles, and the cars we drive to the heart of the human experience. It is important to honor and value the differences in our packaging, but it is just as important to honor the gift of life.inside each one of us, and the fact that, no matter how different the packaging, the gift inside is the same. THUS..cultivating the acknowledgement or having conversation with total strangers is what creates a community..in your neighborhood, your country and in the world!...can you get that?.. Your response to all of life’s situations are what create a peaceful, fulfilling and joy filled life! Others lives experiences can support you in moving forward, in healing pain and in taking back your power . Healing Love and Light, CAT This piece was featured in The Daily Om/Madyson Taylor Permission to Forgive Ourselves Dwelling in guilt is like living your life with an anchor tied to your ankles dragging you down. Learning to accept the things that we perceive as wrong can be a difficult task for many of us. Often we have been brought up to accept that it is normal to feel guilty about our actions and that by doing so we will make everything seem alright within ourselves. Even though we might feel that we have a reason to make up for the choices we have made, it is much more important for us to learn how to deal with them in a healthy and positive way, such as through forgiveness and understanding. When we can look back at our past and really assess what has happened, we begin to realize that there are many dimensions to our actions. While feeling guilty might assuage our feelings at first, it is really only a short-term solution. It is all too ironic that being hard on ourselves is the easy way out. If we truly are able to gaze upon our lives through the lens of compassion, however, we will be able to see that there is much more to what we do and have done than we realize. Perhaps we were simply trying to protect ourselves or others and did the best we could at the time, or maybe we thought we had no other recourse and chose a solution in the heat of the moment. Once we can understand that dwelling in our negative feelings will only make us feel worse, we will come to recognize that it is really only through forgiving ourselves that we can transform our feelings and truly heal any resentment we have about our past. Giving ourselves permission to feel at peace with our past actions is one of the most positive steps we can take toward living a life free from regrets, disappointments, and guilt. The more we are able to remind ourselves that the true path to a peaceful mind and heart is through acceptance of every part of our lives and actions, the more harmony and inner joy we will experience in all aspects of our lives. Healing Light and Love, CAT Expressing ourselves honestly in any relationship is essential to our well-being.
When we are in a relationship where we feel listened to and understood, we count ourselves lucky because we know how rare that experience is. We reserve our most intimate selves for the people who, along with us, co-create an open space where we feel free to express ourselves and listen without judgment. These relationships, which thrive on open communication, can mean the difference between existential loneliness and a deep sense of belonging. We all long to feel heard, understood, and loved, and clear communication makes this possible. Sometimes problems arise in the process of expressing how we feel, but it is always worth it to do the work. Even in our less intimate relationships, expressing ourselves honestly is essential to our sense of well-being. Whether at home with family or in the outside world, successful communication requires some forethought; otherwise we risk blundering through our relationships like the proverbial bull in a china shop. However, too much forethought can stifle us or cause us to pad our words so extremely that we end up saying nothing at all or confusing the matter further. The good news is that there are many methods that can come to our rescue, from meditation to visualization to journaling. If the person we need to communicate with is open to sitting in meditation together for a set period of time before speaking, this can be invaluable. When we are calm and centered, we can count on ourselves to speak and respond truthfully. We can also meditate on our own time and then practice what we need to say. A visualization in which we sit with the person and lovingly exchange a few words can also be a great precedent to an actual conversation. If writing comes easily, we can write out what we need to say; it may take several drafts, but we will eventually find the words. The key is to find ways to center ourselves so that we communicate meaningfully, lovingly, and wisely. In this way, we honor our companions and create relationships in which there is a genuine sense of understanding and respect. Light and Love, CAT Sometimes when we don't feel good enough, we create imbalance by overachieving or needing to be the best at something.
Overachievers are people who have achieved but still feel the need to do more, creating an imbalance in their lives. People who exhibit this behavior may be trying to compensate for feelings of insecurity and doubts about their worth. They may be chasing unresolved issues from their past into the present, or they might not be looking at their lives as a whole, but judging themselves based only on one aspect of their being. If this is a word that we’ve heard used with respect to our choices and lifestyle, it is worth examining in order to balance our lives for a more rewarding experience. If we find that we cannot allow ourselves to experience and enjoy the present moment, putting pleasure off into some distant future, it may be a sign that we are being driven to achieve more than is truly necessary. Pushing ourselves beyond the point of exhaustion, or to the exclusion of important people in our lives, robs us of true and meaningful joy. Once we make the connection to the eternal part of us, it can nourish us and allow our priorities to shift from chasing after an elusive feeling to being fully present in the moment so that we can live our lives in the now. Sometimes we need to look to those we love and admire in order to realize what we value about life. We can take time to note what we like about others, and then turn the mirror to reflect the light of those same words and feelings toward ourselves. It can be quite a revelation to see ourselves in this nourishing light. When we can put the energy that we’ve been devoting to a phantom sense of achievement into the truly satisfying aspects of our lives, we can restore tbalance between our inner and outer worlds and experience true joyful peace.
