Upset feelings are usually caused by the way we are thinking about what is happening, not the events themselves. To change your feelings (and your behavior), try the following "exchange vocabulary." When you first try this new way of thinking, it might not feel right. The more you do it, however, the more natural these realistic beliefs will become.. I think you will like the results, but prove it for yourself by giving it a fair try! It doesn't matter how long we've had a negative pattern, an illness, poor relationships, lack of finances or self-hatred. You can begin to make a shift TODAY, raising your vibrational frequency.
Your problem no longer needs to be the truth for you. It can now fade back to the nothingness from whence it came. You can do it!! Remember: you are the only person who thinks in your mind. YOU are the power and authority in your world. Your thoughts and beliefs of the past have created this moment. What you are now choosing to believe, think and say will create the next moment and the next day, and the next month and the next year! Yes YOU! I can give you the most marvelous advice coming from my years of experience, yet you can continue to choose to think the same old thoughts, you can refuse to change and keep all your problems. YOU are the power in your world. YOU get to have whatever you choose to think. This moment begins the new process. Each moment is a new beginning for you right here and now. Isn't that great to know? This moment is the Point of Power. This moment is where the change begins. Consciously choose your thoughts. Watch and listen to what you say. If you hear yourself expressing any negative words, stop in mid-sentence. Either rephrase the sentence or just drop it. You could even say "Out." Watch how quickly things change for you as you are changing the frequency of what you are putting out to the universe., lovingly embracing and returning the ego to Source and stepping into your Higher Self/Soul and Spirit. Light and Love, CAT You have all the power within you to get through anything that life throws at you. Instead of labeling with perception, the concepts of negative and positive as it relates to each experience you have in your life, try to see things from a big picture standpoint. Ask yourself, how can this help me to see or learn something? Can I use this to shift my perception? Clear some emotions within myself that have been triggered? Realize something within another and accept it?
Whatever it may be, instead of simply reacting, slow things down and observe. You will find that you have the tools to process emotions and illness quickly when you see them for what they are and explore why they came up. If you believe you will get sick all the time, and believe you have pain because it's all out of your control (victim behavior) you will continue to have it all in an uncontrollable manner until you realize YOU have the power over everything that you attract within your body and within your life! Change your perception, change your frequency! Everything is here to help you!! Healing Light and Love, CAT When I tell someone they are a "spark of Divinity" pure light always, it is not a sentiment that is easily embraced. We are the harshest judges of our past mistakes and behaviors, talking negatively to ourselves and not taking care of our personal needs to step into our higher, true selves.
Life only occurs in the present moment and all that has happened up to this point is in Divine order. Every choice, every experience whether your perception is negative or positive, has been provided for lessons to be learned, supporting your growth and expansion. We are evolving from ego to soul which we have chosen by coming to planet Earth at this time in history. Nothing is random, no person is random, everything is purposefully happening and here to assist you in stepping into your greatness! Love yourself first and foremost. Put your self care as a priority in your life. Pursue what brings you happiness and joy as this is the path to your very soul. Visualize your body filled with light and practice holding that light as that is truly who you are. The journey itself is the most important as we pursue the actualization of Oneness Consciousness with the Divine. That is the destination.
