With the New Year upon us, living in possibility and the present moment is the most impactful "resolution" you can make, if you're committed to a new way of being in 2019!
The art of living in the present moment allows us to experience life as each second of it unfolds. Human being is conditioned to be in one task and already thinking about what's next on the to do list, where you have to be, etc...stealing the opportunity to experience all that the present moment has to offer. Being present eliminates and manages depression and anxiety.
As ego runs the show, defining your value by do, do, do and have, have, have, the most important aspect of you is gone. That aspect is you as spirit, human BEING not human DOING. When everything has an expectation and an attachment to outcome, it leaves no room for the serendipity of a life of possibility to occur.
"Allowing" and following the flow of life as it occurs without willfully insisting how something "needs" to be or look, creates the space for infinite possibilities. It also creates a tremendous amount of peace and joy. We all have responsibilities. Don't get me wrong. I'm not abdicating that you become totally irresponsible. My request is that as you go through your day to be present to your blessings, your greatness and the beauty around you with total focus in the moment. Do it with joy, not obligation. Do it because you choose to, not because you have to and you will see a totally new experience emerge.

Most recently, on several occasions, I have heard people say "It just doesn't "feel" like Christmas." Of course as human beings, we put all kinds of meaning on everything that is truly meaningless. It's just your perception or how things occur for you personally.
The "feeling" of Christmas which is perceived as joy, love, happiness and gifting, like any Hallmark holiday movie is a romanticized version of life. Having expectations that any outside influences like snow, gifts, food and liquor etc will create the "feeling" of Christmas is truly not connecting to the "feeling." Although all these things may provide a quick joyful moment, that "feeling" doesn't last. Why? Because these things are outside of you.
Ego wants to "feel" these emotions generated by things outside yourself for control and various other things from the past that get activated. "Feelings" of joy, peace and love are the expansion of the heart space and your soul's growth. Generating the "feeling" of Christmas can occur 365 days of the year when we chose to live in our heart space with no expectations and attachments to outcomes, generating love, peace and joy in each and every present moment. That's truly who we are in spirit.
May you live this "feeling" every day of your life!

When there's a discussion, whether heated or not, have you ever noticed that your brain (ego) is already preparing answers to what's being shared? When this occurs, we are not even present to the conversation. Often times, what's being shared is feelings and emotions that are difficult to voice, particularly when people are hurting.
We all deserve to be honored and given a space that is safe to share our deepest vulnerabilities without response, judgement and with compassion. This is called "Holding Space" which is an energetic way of being. You actually generate, from your heart space, love and allowing which creates an energetic frequency around you and out into the space of conversation.
Constructive conversation during disagreements involves acknowledgement such as "Thank you for sharing how you feel about that. I know you are hurting." Being a listening then occurs, which means no response, no knee jerk defensive behavior, no yelling, just listening to what is being shared. You then may take as long as you feel comfortable with how what was shared occurs for you. Request "I need to process what has been shared. Please give me a few days to be with this and I will be in communication."
This is not about defending what has been shared. This is about how a situation occurs for you. Holding space, honoring and acknowledging and being a listening will guarantee resolution with love and peace.

Oh no, it’s almost that time again. Resolution time to put more undue pressure on yourself and your “to Do” list. Have you experienced resolve as eventually turning into a bad or wrong because you never get around to it?
I’m proposing a new way of “Being.” “Being Self- Love” in 2019, not doing. You are a human Being, not a human Doing. The social agreement that most live inside of is “Do, Have and Be.” If I do this, I will have that and I will be happy, only to find that when you do acquire the “have” the space is still empty within you and the pursuit for more continues. True self-love is within you, in the present moment, as a personal choice of happiness NOW, not later or based upon an outcome.
You are Spirit in a physical body having an earthly experience. You are not a physical body trying to be spiritual. It is who you are and you are whole and complete at each and every moment. Self- love, joy, peace and happiness can only come from within, not from without.
Connecting to that inner peace is not accomplished by adding more to your “to do” list. Being a certain weight, owning a certain car or home is the pursuit of societal perfection. In the process comes stress, emptiness and certainly not self-love. Peace, joy, love and contentment comes with actually eliminating all the things we pile on in our lives to distance ourselves from “inner work.” You have a 4 part body system, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. When all areas are in balance, true contentment occurs as you live into your purpose for being, your soul’s purpose.
Physical health and vitality, release of excess weight and health conditions disappear when we address who we are first as Spirit in a physical body. Every other area of your life falls into place. As the Spirit body is cleared, all the trauma and emotional harm that has been experienced is released. By clearing your Auric Field and Chakra System and the very cells and DNA of your being, acknowledging and releasing with forgiveness is true self-love. Thoughts, emotions and experiences are now being created in the present moment, not from harms or experiences of the past.
Through Chios Energy Healing, Meditation and changing thought patterns, a new way of “Being” appears…”Being Self-Love.” To release all that no longer serves your highest good. Your joy, peace and happiness are awaiting you. “Be, Do and Have” in 2019. Here’s to “Being Self-Love” and your most amazing year ever.

When we are moved to defensive states of mind, ego is running the show. Ego was created at a point in your life as a protection mechanism. As we enter adulthood, the ego can run the show by causing us to value our worth based on doing, money, possessions and judging others by what we deem as unacceptable socially as agreed upon by the majority.
Ego wants things a certain way, having an expectation and attachment to an outcome. Blame is placed on any person, place or thing without taking personal responsibility. We are unavailable for contribution from others, particularly if it interferes with what we want as an outcome.
When we choose to live in spirit, we are human BEING, not human doing. We do not place value on ourselves or devalue others based on possessions, looks or money. We value each other as contributions to the whole of humanity. As our vibration elevates, our soul expands. As the soul expands, the ego panics as it is no longer in control. Embrace your ego voice, tell it "Thank you for sharing, but no that's not so" embrace it and place it in your heart space. Living from spirit/soul empowers you to take personal responsibility for your life from love. Living in the present moment and allowing that all that occurs is in Divine Order allows for the highest good of all and your highest good as well.
