Simply sit quietly and focus on your heart space. Breathe deeply, 5 breaths, three times until you feel relaxed. Now generate a feeling of appreciation, love and compassion. Think about things you are grateful for and people you love. Send this feeling to yourself and out to the world! Repeat as often as possible.
You just meditated!! and raised your vibrational frequency by 10 mhZ.
